I enjoy the unique challenge each customer brings and the collaborative spirit to develop a solution that meets their needs. We also appreciate the ability to solve these challenges holistically and efficiently utilizing a fleet approach through the USA. We developed a 5-year plant reliability optimization plan with a USA member to achieve $23M in savings. The 5-year plan reduces O&M spend by focusing on online and outage maintenance optimization, surveillance test interval extensions, 50.69 alternative treatments, and condition-based maintenance.
