Cooper Nuclear Station Accomplishes One Year of Working Injury Free
On Friday, June 22, Cooper Nuclear Station surpassed 365 consecutive days without an OSHA recordable injury.
“This kind of achievement, like consecutive days on-line, is the result of doing the right things day to day,” said Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Support Roy Steiner. “It is a terrific accomplishment.”
“Since joining the CNS team, I’ve seen countless examples of Cooper’s triumphs and successes,” said Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer Brian O’Grady in a message to all CNS employees, “but none have made me as proud as I am today. Your relentless commitment to safety has paved the way for all of our other accomplishments and will serve as a rock-solid foundation for RE 27.”
